    Join us for a 2 day face to face training course, with access to a private
    support group and aftercare in your new venture.

     

    Day One / Module 1. Introduction to Bio Hazardous cleaning –
    what is coveredin this type of cleaning? What actually is a bio hazard clean?

    Module 2. Infection control, viruses, outbreaks and how to handle
    them effectively and safely.

    Module 3. Mould – risks, how to treat in a safe manner.

    Module 4. Fire and soot. Toxic odours. How to restore a home
    or building following fire damage.

    Module 5. Needle sweeps & sharps. Drug den clean ups.
    Void properties.

    Module 6. Hoarding – the different types of hoarders, mental health awareness. Most effective ways to work alongside a hoarder in clearing a property.

    Module 7. Trauma , decomposition cleaning, trauma , bodily fluids,
    suicides and attempted suicides. Crime scene clean ups.

    Module 8. Asbestos & legionella awareness.

    Module 9. Vehicle & cell cleaning.

    Module 10. Health and Safety issues, waste disposal, transport,
    PPE, operational procedures.

     

    Day Two / Module 1. Pricing of Bio Hazardous Jobs & specialist cleans – How to price, how much can you really charge? Working out our costs and ensuring specialist cleans are high profit and in line with other professionals in the industry.

    Module 2. Mental Health Awareness & safety – measures to implement in your business when working alongside the mentally ill. Good practice when working for people with various mental health illnesses.

    Module 3. Case studies – looking at some “real life” jobs , cleaning methods, pricing, and after results. Using case studies for promotion and how to do this sensitively.

    Module 4. – Getting going! Where to find jobs, who do speak to, how to approach companies or individuals. Tips for becoming a future high – paid success!
